Visas

Visas request must be submitted latest by 20th August 2025.

Organizers will provide visa assistance according to national laws only after all pre-payments are made, in order to proceed with the visa application, each federation/player please follow instructions on official.

Organizers are not responsible in case the Italian Consular authorities decline to issue visa due to public order and/or failing to meet all the requirements to obtain the Italian visa.

Visa application procedure for each federation/player as follows:
a. request the registration form by e-mail from the organizing committee,
b. fill it out and email it to the organizing committee via national federation along scan of participant passports, valid for more than six months,
c. proceed with the payment of the registration fee as communicated by the Organizing committee,
d. proceed to register on website, to effect reservation and payment of the hotel accommodation.
